Sometimes hiring an Architectural, Residential, Kitchen, Bath, or Interior Designer just to put on paper what's already in your head seems like over kill. It is. We created this Workshop to help you design your perfect space. We'll help you think through flow, materials, and code issues so you can feel confident that what is in your head has been looked at by a professional and makes sense for you. These spaces are unique to you; as such our job is only to make sure you are thinking about all the things that you may not have even considered. For example that really cool light fixture you want over your bathtub... more than likely illegal in California... so there's that. This is a workshop, meaning you'll be designing your space along side other people just like you! We've found this to be a really fun experience that often times sparks really cool ideas as you listen/watch others share their concepts. It's also a really cool opportunity to meet liked minded creatives... we've already had one marriage out of this! J/K... but that would be awesome! Also, standard Kitchen and Bathroom remodels can usually be drawn by you, the home owner, and submitted to the city without the need for professional help at all. If that's the case with your project we have after session 1-on-1 add on services to help you decide if that's something you could tackle and will walk you through that process. Speaking of Drawings, we'll let you know which programs (some free, others very affordable) you can download that will aid you in producing professional, easy to follow, documents that can be submitted to the city.
