All of my Designs go through a professional critique process during the Predesign (PD) and Design Development (DD) Phase. This is how we trained in school and I don't see any reason to stop now. If you are wanting a quick* look over of the designs you have before you give the final approval, send it over and let us mark it up before your next design meeting. Often you don't know what questions to ask; that's what we're here for; one more set of professional eyes on your dream space to make sure no detail is missed. This is not a design service, this is an opportunity for you to contact a professional who has now bias in the design. Our goal is to set you up to succeed in your next meeting and to hopefully build a better relationship with the professional you've already hired. Think of us as the friend you met at a dinner party who just so happens to be a professional home designer. *Projects are guaranteed to be reviewed and returned within 24hours (for standard home remodels) or you will be refunded your fees in full. :: Professional Note :: As a courtesy to other professionals, and as a matter of principle, I refuse to take on projects that I have critiqued without the written approval of your original Architect, Residential Designer, or Building Professional. In addition to this approval from them in the event I need to take the project over I will reach out to whomever helped with the initial design to ensure the project can make as clean a transfer as possible. I am not at all interested in stealing projects from other professionals; I am however interested in helping you make sure you know what questions to ask so that you are able to pull out the best creative juices from your current professional.
